• approximately 3 years of previous experience in eCommerce within digital agency/client side/service provider
  • excellent knowledge of online purchase rules (online shopping barriers, purchase models, functional possibilities of eCommerce platforms)
  • working knowledge of UX, customer centric design, analytical methods in eCommerce, omnichannel campaigns
  • the ability to translate big ideas to eCommerce solutions
  • experience to prepare effective recommendation strategies for Client's brief execution
  • very good command of English
  • proactive, outgoing and a problem solver attitude
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, impeccable manners
  • ability to make quick decisions
  • multitasking


  • familiarity with eCommerce within online shops or shopper-marketing experience
  • knowledge of information architecture
  • experience in launching eCommerce campaigns, an understanding of requirements and limitations of such campaigns, knowledge of campaigns targetting 
  • understanding of conversion optymization


  • researching Clients and e-consumers needs, preparing complex eCommerce strategies for brands on local, regional and global level taking into account the whole spectrum of digital possibilities
  • distilling information in to key strategic point to communication
  • providing knowledge as a source of strategic insight 
  • following trends in eRetail on owned markets
  • creating solutions to support the brand presence in eCommerce
  • sharing eCommerce knowledge in a form of workshops or trainings for internal and external Clients
