• Minimum 2 years’ experience in planning and coordinating locations, adaptations and transcreations of 360° advertising campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital), acquired in an advertising agency in Client Service, Project Management or TV Post-Production departments
  • Perfect English, both spoken and written
  • Highly developed management skills (managing team of producers)
  • Very good schedule, risk and quality management skills
  • Ability to conduct projects’ functional analysis; capacity to define goals, plan and delegate tasks and control quality of delivered work
  • Ability to collaborate and build good relationships with external post-producing partners
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent organization of work
  • Very good communication skills


  • Managing a team of producers, developing it and its competences
  • Planning workflow in the team, creating and improving procedures
  • Control of budget cohesion with projects
  • Monitoring the quality and timeliness of ongoing projects
  • Cooperation with Client Service od Post-Production departments of the agency and with external production partners
  • Managing relations with external production partners
  • Identifying production synergies across markets beyond Central Europe only
  • Establishing contacts and building relationships within Publicis Groupe
