• a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX
  • great expertise in UX processes and methodologies, mastery of UX design - related tools (e.g. Axure)
  • ability to lead work on a broad range of UX projects
  • experience in marketing-related projects a plus (e.g. brand webplatforms, marketing activations, contests)
  • a combination of creative and analytical thinking
  • experience in team management
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proficient English, both spoken and written


  • expanding and leading the Digital Experience team in our Poznań office
  • developing team competences, internal processes and methodologies
  • analyzing business & functional requirements with the close cooperation with Client’s team
  • auditing platforms and applications
  • creating user flows / scenarios to illustrate user journey within the business process
  • designing user interfaces e.g. for websites, digital ooh, mobile apps
  • taking part in usability testing & comprehensive UX research projects
  • cooperation with external UX and research experts
  • creating comprehensive concepts and work on products and service solutions
  • co-creating complex, multichannel recommendations of digital activities regarding marketing projects with a strong focus on e-commerce
  • close cooperation with Strategy and Creative on digital projects
