Tomek Waligóra has been involved with Interactive Solutions for 8 years now. For the past 6 years in his role as eCommerce Director he's been responsible for the creation of solutions for brands that allow them to further utilize eCommerce as a communications channel. His main responsibilities include business development, creating and disseminating know-how as well as creating new product solutions and tools. 

Currently, Tomek is handling a position of Global eCommerce Evangelist within Global eCommerce Saatchi & Saatchi Leadership Team. His role is to support global P&G eCommerce business between IS and Saatchi & Saatchi hubs in  New York, London, Hong Kong, Dubai & Singapore. Tomek is responsible for evangelising eCommerce across the network. He shares and apply his knowledge on various Saatchi & Saatchi eCommerce assignments and keeps top quality eCommerce assurance standard across the network. 

Involved with advertising since the beginning of his career, Tomek joined the GPD agency in Poznań as a direct marketing specialist after graduating from the Poznań University of Economics. He later worked in the department of marketing research and media strategy in the newly-formed Wide Open Interactive Agency. In 2003 he switched to the client side of the equation and worked for media agencies as Sales and Promotion Manager for Axel Springer Poland and Thematic Channel Promotion Manager for Polsat TV.

Since 2006 Tomek co-headed  a shopper maketing agency for the electronics market, but his interest in digital proved stronger, bearing fruit first in his cooperation with Interactive Solutions, and then in his employment there in the role of Strategic Manager.   

His combined experience in digital and shopper areas allowed Tomek to create a vision of brand services in the growing eCommerce sales channel . Driven by his vision he first started to implement it by creating the offer, and later by developing the Interactive Solutions eCommerce department.

7 years later the eCommerce department, currently numbering around 40 people in several specialized teams, boasts the delivery of over 200 eCommerce Toolkits, over 150 eStore implementations (EMEA, Brazil, Africa), several original tools as well as dozens of recommendations and eCommerce strategies. The IS eCommerce team works for such brands as Braun, Gillette, Pampers, Oral B, Philips, Bosch, Tide (USA) and many others, and cooperates with close to 200 leading European and global eRetailers, like Amazon, Walmart, Boots,, Mediamarkt, Tesco and ASDA.

Tomek resides in Warsaw and is a huge fan of snowboarding, live music (especially festivals), books and cats. He also greatly values popular science.
